Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Shipping Locations

Prime Time Collectables ships Australia-wide and internationally. Shipping availability and delivery options may vary depending on the destination.

Shipping Costs

Australia-wide:

  • Sealed box orders: Flat rate of $15.00 AUD
  • Single packs and small items: Flat rate of $8.95 AUD

International shipping:

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, parcel size, weight, and shipping provider.

Additional conditions:

  • Prime Time Collectables reserves the right to adjust shipping costs at its discretion where an order exceeds standard size, weight, or packaging requirements.
  • Any such adjustments will be communicated to the customer prior to dispatch where applicable.

We do not offer free shipping thresholds.

Packaging

We take care to package trading cards and collectibles securely. Items may be protected using sleeves, top loaders, protective cases, and reinforced packaging materials to help minimise the risk of damage during transit.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping provider. Estimated delivery timeframes provided at checkout are supplied by the carrier and may be affected by delays outside our control, including customs processing or courier disruptions.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping costs.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Prime Time Collectables is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the shipment with the courier.

Shipping Damage and Claims

We take care to package all items securely; however, once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

This information is required to assist with lodging an investigation or claim with the shipping provider.
