Trading Card Grading Service – Sunshine Coast

Submit your cards for professional grading through Prime Time Collectables, located inside Tewantin Newsagency on the Sunshine Coast. We provide a card grading submission service in Australia, giving collectors access to trusted grading companies including PSA, TAG, BGS, CGC and Beckett.

We act as a local drop-off point, helping you prepare and submit your cards correctly, without the hassle of dealing directly with grading providers.

How the Grading Service Works

Submitting your cards is simple:

  1. Bring your cards in-store: Visit Prime Time Collectables with the cards you want graded.
  2. Choose your grading company: Select from PSA, TAG, BGS, CGC or Beckett based on your preference.
  3. We assist with your submission: Our team will guide you through the process to ensure everything is completed correctly.
  4. Monthly submission process: All cards received before the 20th of each month are sent to our grading partner by the end of the month.
  5. Wait for grading completion: Turnaround times are typically 1–3 months, depending on the grading company and service level selected.

  • Beckett: Each company offers different grading styles, turnaround times, and pricing options depending on your needs.

Important Guidelines

In-store submissions only: Cards must be dropped off in person. We do not accept mailed submissions.
Monthly cut-off: Cards must be received by the 20th of each month to be included in that month’s submission.
Pricing: Costs vary depending on the grading company and turnaround time selected. Full details are available in store.
Turnaround times: Estimated at 1–3 months, but may vary depending on provider demand.
PSA upcharges: PSA may apply additional charges if a card’s value exceeds their declared thresholds.
Service fee: A small fee applies for our assistance in preparing and submitting your cards.
