Orders are processed quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately. Once dispatched, changes or cancellations are not possible.

Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Returns are only accepted in specific circumstances due to the nature of trading cards and collectible products.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
No. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. This includes sealed products, single cards, collectibles, and hobby supplies.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request:
• Your order number
• Photos of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue
Once confirmed, we will provide a suitable resolution such as a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on availability.
Can sealed products be returned?
No. Sealed trading card products cannot be returned once opened. All sealed products contain randomised contents determined by the manufacturer. Opening the product confirms acceptance of this.
Can I return single cards?
Returns are generally not accepted for single cards unless the item received is significantly different from the listing description.
What about grading submissions?
For cards submitted for third-party grading, we act as a submission service only. We are not responsible for grading results, turnaround times, or outcomes determined by the grading company.
How are refunds processed?
If approved, refunds are processed using the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on your provider.

Are your cards authentic?
Yes. We only sell genuine, authentic trading cards and collectibles.
What condition are your cards in?
Condition varies depending on the product. Sealed products are brand new. Singles and graded cards will have their condition clearly stated.
Do you sell graded cards?
Yes. We stock graded cards from trusted grading companies such as PSA, BGS, and others.
Can I request specific cards?
If you’re looking for something specific, contact us. We may be able to source it for you.
Sealed Products vs Singles
What are sealed products?
Sealed products include booster packs, boxes, and cases that have not been opened.
What are singles?
Singles are individual cards that have been pulled from packs and sold separately.
Can you guarantee specific pulls from sealed products?
No. All sealed products are random, and pull rates are determined by the manufacturer.
Live Breaks & Events
Do you run live breaks?
Yes. We regularly run live breaks where packs or boxes are opened live.
Where can I watch live breaks?
Live breaks are streamed on our social platforms such as Facebook and Whatnot.
How do I participate in a break?

Do you host in-store events?
