Returns and Exchanges
At Prime Time Collectables, we want customers to feel confident when purchasing from us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve it.
Due to the nature of trading cards and collectible products, returns are only accepted in specific circumstances outlined below.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. This includes sealed trading card products, single cards, collectibles, and hobby supplies.
Please review product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or if the wrong product was sent, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To assist with resolving the issue, we may request:

Once the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to arrange a suitable resolution. This may include a replacement item, store credit, or a refund depending on product availability.
Sealed Trading Card Products
Sealed trading card boxes and packs cannot be returned once opened. The contents of sealed products are randomised by the manufacturer, and we cannot guarantee specific cards or outcomes.
Opening a sealed product confirms acceptance of this risk.
Single Cards
Individual trading cards are sold as described and shown. The condition is assessed carefully; however, minor variations may occur.
Returns are generally not accepted for single cards unless the item received is significantly different from the listing description.
Card Grading Submissions
For cards submitted through our store for third-party grading, Prime Time Collectables acts as a submission service only. We are not responsible for grading results, turnaround times, or grading outcomes determined by the grading company.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
