By purchasing a break spot from Prime Time Collectables, you agree to the following terms:

• Breaks are streamed live via platforms such as Facebook or Whatnot.

• You are purchasing a team, spot, or allocated entry in the break — not a sealed product.

• All purchases are final once the break has commenced.

• Results are based on chance. Refunds will not be provided based on the outcome of a break, including low-value or no hits.

• All cards pulled for your assigned team or spot will be shipped to you.

• Base cards may not be included unless specifically stated in the break details.

• For Facebook breaks, if no hits, no items will be sent.

• For Whatnot breaks, a no-hit bonus may be provided in line with platform expectations. This may include base cards or other items at our discretion if no cards are pulled.

• Breaks are scheduled for a specific time, slight delays may occur depending on circumstances.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to understand how the break works before purchasing.
